You can drink 400 cans of beer if you want :p . 4.2% by volume is 4.2% by volume, in one can or in a truck load .
 
They just don't want hard liquor like whiskey, scotch or (dare I say it) tequila :yikes: (40%). I think that we will just pre-mix our margaritas before we go .

 
 
 
Let's just say by some outlandish fluke I had Hard Liquor in my TT .  Not that I do......but they couldn't prove it anyway.  We can mix up the margarita's in the TT, toss them in a solo cup and we're in.

I doubt, very much, that they would bother anyone for bringing hard liquor into the CG. I'm fairly certain that the rule is there so that they can evict someone that is abusing the rule.

On the other hand, I would not want to leave a bottle in plain sight to give some heavy handed ranger an excuse to show you his authority. Some of those guys can be pretty obnoxious.

Can't WAIT!!!  We haven't talked plans in awhile.
 
 
 There is a Round Table Pizza down the road and some other choices too for Friday night.  I don't think I'll be up to cooking after working all day and setup.  Will you guys join us even tho you'll have been there for one WHOLE day ahead of us???  
 
 For Sat. AM potluck, we'll bring pancakes (hey...what else is new?)  DEE I NEED YOUR BURRITOS!!!!  (hey - it's been awhile!).  
 
 What about Sat. PM?  Originally, we had said we'd talk about dinner as it got closer.  After being @ the beach during the day, it might be a bit much to do in addition.  How about a dessert potluck by the campfire?  Or just leave it breakfast??  Opinions???

HMMMM....wonder how many strips in a pound...HMMM..... OK, lets say 6 lbs of bacon @ $6 a pound....uh-hu.............HMMMMMMMM!!!.....OOOOPS.........gotta cook all that stuff.......let's see 5 gallons of propane x $27 a gallon................ :yikes:

Since it's a potluck, you don't need to feed all the people a serving.  We're pretty relaxed - bring whatever you'd like to share.  It's not mandatory.

beer for dinner is fine with me..it has the 4 basic food groups..barley, yeast, rice & hops :!  and after this last month I've had I need it...going to try out Cactus cooler on you guys....no brian it doesn't have tequila :eyecrazy:

Zach is already salivating over the donuts Laura!!!  For his birthday, I have to buy 2 dozen doughnuts and make a donut cake - he LOVES them!

Here's my 2 cents about potlucks.  We are definitely going to participate for breakfast.  My kids are counting on time at the beach and I don't want the stress of being back at a certain time and having to prepare food, yada, yada.  So, we will do breakfast only.

BUT...Dee you gave me an idea - we could do an after dinner drink/dessert potluck.  Drinks for us - sugar for the kids (and the kids at heart).  Very casual.  

As for the clubhouse - those of you that are early arrivals are going to check in to it right?  We're easy either way...I see pros and cons to using it if it's available.

Finally, for those that want to go to the beach, if we don't get there on the earlier side, we won't get parking...we'll (Dan and I) probably head out by 10AMish.
