In Australia they have a twist on the PU.
I like the kitchen on this PU. Maybe Coleman could pick up some ideas.

Coleman doesn't make anything, they just license their name to to other companies.:)

Wow!,

They appear to have a totally different approach to things than we do...

They appear to NOT want to climb inside their pups, just sort of sleep on em (probably cause of snakes) and have everything else "in the tent...efficiently.

Oh, how much is 60 kilograms...

I'm just a stupid American...who can't find his conversion chart..

Not anymore.  Fleetwood lost the lawsuit, and that is why it is now the "Fleetwood Niagara".  No more Coleman campers (for now) ever.  Only lanterns and tents, etc.

1 kg is roughly 2.2 lbs.

Actually they don't have that much different than us, take a look here....

I have seen a Jayco here in the states where the kitchen could be used inside or outside. If used outside, it sort of swung downward and outward through a big side door. The back edge of the kitchenette was against the camper, instead of one end against the camper like in the link above.

I remember growing up, some friends of ours had a Camel popup. It had 3 beds, one on each side, and the rear door with a kitchen that slid to the outdoors like the link. Pretty neat.
