Congratulations Joan and Sal.  What a beautiful addition to the family.  So, can your driveway handle 3 RV's now?:D .  Did Sal buy a new tow vehicle too?  I know he had been talking about it.

Moose took the words right out of my mouth!  :D  Joan, we are so happy for you and so proud of you on your tremendous accomplishment.  You are truly an inspiration to us all!!

Thanks all for the Kudos.  It's been kind of easy, especially when you can't eat much...1/4 cup of this and 1/4 cup of that.  Then, if it doesn't agree with you, out it comes.  I have been told that the first 3-4 months are the hardest, and it is getting better.  I'm just having fun purchasing a few new clothes every 2 weeks to keep up with myself!

We have been talking about moving up to a 5er, but were cautious about the cost with only one salary coming in.   We just decided to go look and this was the first rig we looked at.  We spent 2 hours going in and out of other rigs (mostly new ones) and then came back to the one we purchased.  I liked it the best because it has the bigger windows in the back.  It was very hard to tell it was used.  It is a 1998 Alfa, 31 feet.  The price was too good to pass up and they gave us good money for our Hybred as a trade-in.  We don't have it yet.  The sericeman/walk-thru person called yesterday and said that since they had sold about 25 trailers at the RV show that it would take him about 2 weeks to get to it to go through it.  We told him we were in no hurry because we have to find a deisel F250 or F350 before we could come to get it.

This is all moving too fast for me.  I couldn't sleep Friday night.  We think we will be calling the new rig "Heart Attack 1" and the truck "Heart Attack 2"!!!

I was just getting tired of having to set up the bed every time we went camping and not having much storage space inside and out.  This one should do the job.  Lots of cabinets inside and a huge cargo area outside which has a large slide to reach the stuff at the back.  It also comes with a generator already installed so that was a big plus.

Can't wait to see all of you again to show off!!

Moose, Sal is already making comments and chasing me!  :yikes: You should see him also, he has lost a bunch of weight too.  He is down from a 4-5x to a 2x.  So, he is trying to keep up with me.  The weight loss is already easier on both of us.

Talk to you all soon.

The dogs don't like it either. Once she starts the whole house is doing it.

It's the exact same one I saw on the web since she decided to start looking.:)

That's how I loose weight. Miles of following her from trailer to trailer, and the only thing different is the color of the paneling and trim. They all had the same amount of stairs.

At least she doesn't have to figure out what to do with all these trailers and all the gear.:%

At least I finally have a big generator.:#

If you say so.:(
I can't eat with the whole house retching and your dog doing it right in front of me!:J

Notice she did not say see you? I still have to find something to haul this monster with.

Here is Sal's webshots again.  He added the pictures of the inside from the dealer's web site.  I guess the pictures he took were not as nice.  Have a look!

I just looked at Sals pictures.  What a nice camper!!  Looks big enough to live in.  Just a word of advise.  Don't stand in front of the picture window in the back while you are naked or changing clothes.  Don't ask how I know this.:yikes: Yes the window has heavy tint but not heavy enough.:D
