We're looking for a campground located south of Lancaster, PA that would also have a cabin available.  We also need electric hookups for the camper.  We're most interested in being convenient to the New Britain/Peach Bottom area.  Anyone know of anything that might be nice at a reasonable price?

You kind of have me confused, when I look for the area you are requesting, Peach Bottom is almost in Maryland, not even close to Lancaster.  And New Britain is north of Philadelphia?
However, there is a nice campground in the Lancaster-South area called country acres that we have stayed at a few times, and they have cabins

I like this campground, tight in the amish country but great location and quiet.

It's Little Britain, not New Britain.  Sorry.

My brother used to live in Peach Bottom area and worked in Lancaster.  It's a bit of a drive, but he enjoyed Peach Bottom.  Yes, it is right on the Maryland line.  He passed away 4 years ago, and is buried in Little Britain.  His grave is actually only about 2 miles from his house.  We try to travel down there with my mother and visit the grave each summer.  We've stayed in Lancaster, and more recently in Hershey, but that gets to be way too far.  If we do this as a camping trip, we'd need to find a campground with a cabin for my mother.

Thanks for your suggestion.  We'll check it out.

In new holland , lancaster,pa, you have spring gulch camp ground, which has everything,  another less fancy but has rooms and cabins is butterfly campground.

Looks like Coatesville is about halfway in between the two places.

there is a KOA that has been called Bi-polar in one review, as there are open sites and very shady sites for campers.  They have Kamping kabins.

OOps, did not see where that was Little Britain which is only 15 minutes away from Peach Bottom.

Pequea Creek did not have any cabins that I saw when I was there, it is West and North of Lancaster.

Sister( or Brother Campground in Airville MD, across the Susquehanna River from Pequea Creek, both PPL properties).

http://www.jellystonepa.com/ in Quarryville, PA also has cabins.
