... What are the torque specs for the lugs.

I torque mine to 100 ftlbs.  I also recheck them at 10 miles, then 100, then each time I head to a cg and before returning.  I found that the first check at 10 miles that each did in fact need tightening but at the 100 mark they were still in good shape.
 
 I have an older torque wrench that has served me well for over 40 years.  It is the type that has the scale on it.  Never did get a clicking model.  Mine was made in Germany, so I figure it is better than the cheaper China click models, so I'll stay with what I got. Just MHO.

My owners manual says to torque them 90 to 110 pounds, so I do set mine at 100.  I put new wheels on the PU this spring and had to re-tighten a few of the lug nuts 3 times until they stayed tight.  I also torque before towing on each trip.  Sometimes I torque the wheels when we get to the campground so that I don't have to do it on the day we leave.
