Coleman Condensation Problem

I've owned my Coleman SantaFe now for three years.  Each winter, condensation collects on the ceiling above the door. The first year, mildew ruined everything cloth inside. The dealer replace the roof and everything cloth. The second year, we opened it each month and dried it out.  The roof was replaced again.  This year, we dried it out each month...   and so on....
Has anyone else had a simular experience?  Any ideas on how to stop it?

My SantaFe is fully loaded including the Cassette Toilet.

Hello, when I lived up north I would put a bag of charcoal in the camper when in storage and I never had a condensation or mold problem.
Hope this helps.

You need to do two things. #1 seal up the bottom of the camper. #2 use some sort of desicant during storage. Charcoal works, but I prefer either a silica desicant or one of the dryer tubs from the local big box hardware store.

#1 Helps keeps any additional moiture from entering the trailer due to thermal cycling. Especially if you park on grass or bare ground.
#2 traps what moisture is in the camper.

I hate to cover the obvious but...... is the camper totally dry when you close it up?  I know that sometimes it is wet when we pack up to leave after a camping trip but when you get home you should "pop up" again ASAP to let everything dry out.  Moisture will stay in there even during the dry months of winter storage.
