anyone have a problem with their fleetwood door sticking,we have a new 05 Tucson, ours is very hard to open and close, need to push really hard to engage the door handle from the outside and push the handle very hard from the inside to open the door,  had the trailer level front to back, checked level on top of the side wall and on the surface where the door bottom fits into, trailer was  level side to side.
any suggestions?

Did you try cleaning out the track that the door fits into. Sometimes sand or debris can get in there and cause that problem. The other possibility, that I can think of, would be that the camper top is not going up all the way.

Yes, I did that, I cranked the roof up all the way till the crank wouldn't turn anymore, it is a little tough to get the door locked in on the top when i first set up, not sure why. think i'm going to call the dwaler and bring it back for them to look at.

Just because the crank hits the stop doesn't necessarily mean that the top is all the way up. You may need to have the cables adjusted.

You may have the stabilizing jack(s) cranked down too much, causing the frame to bend.  I have to play with mine to get them just right.:)

We just picked up our new Sequoia and while we were doing our walk areound at the dealer, the door latch was very tight. I didn't see how they 'adjusted' it, but whatever they did is is very smooth operating now. I'm sure the dealer could adjust something for you.
