What kind of toilet paper do you use in your campers toilet, if you have one?

dthurk

Toilet paper suitable for use with septic tanks is fine for RV use.  It's usually one ply.  We have a septic tank at home, so we just buy more for the RV.

I use this bio friendly camping tp packs, good for backpacking too, when you are in backcountry you got to go sometimes, and don't want to leave semipermanant little while flags flying.

Not in my toilet.:(  I tried Scott tissue in the PU on one trip and will never use it in the PU again.  The tissue didn't break down fast enough and clogged my dump spout.  I have never had problems with RV TP.:)

Was it one ply for septic systems that you used?  The stuff we use is also marked for RV use.  DW gets it at Sam's club, 24 or so rolls in a package. It doesn't last as long as you might think, we do have 16 bathrooms here, plus The Beast.

Yes it is marked safe for RVs and I also get it at Sam's Club.  I think it is 30 rolls in a pack.  I can use the RV specialty TP and dump my toilet half an hour later and it is already breaking down so that it doesn't clog the dump tube.  I like being able to dump the toilet and not have to play with the black water.  Dump rinse and done with it.  Not flushing the tank over and over.:)

Note to self:  Never shake hands with indiana_campin...

The user who voted for the 'we don't use any TP' option.

We've used a couple of different brands including Thetfords. We primarily use Costco's brand (2-ply) and have not had any problems. I use the Thetford chemical as I've found it dissolves the paper faster and keeps the cassette cleaner. We've used the Scott's with no problems either.Moose

Maybe they use a bidet and are cleaner than all the rest of us.

I made no comments about clean or dirty, I just answered the question 'who is indiana campin?'
