I have a 1996 Jayco Jay Series 1007 pop-up that sustained damage from mice over the winter.  It has cleaned up nicely but I have four holes in one end that are 2"X2" to 4"X4".  I'm looking for a kit to repair the holes and be a decent match with the existing material.  I'd also appreciate any advice about how to prevent this sort of thing from happening in the future.  I've heard mothballs or fabric softener sheets work to keep mice away.  I also heard that putting steel wool in any sort of small plumbing openings works well.

Not sure about the canvas repair. I don't think steel wool is the right thing to use. It will hold moisture, rust  and fall out. I have heard that the brass type scrubs are good to pack in the crevices. My camper had silicone gooped in all of the plumbing and wiring openings.

Might want to check here for a patch kit.

I have an 83 Coleman that has canvas......not sure what your material is but I used a 3M spray adhesive and a piece of canvas to patch the hole in mine. There are pic on my web site.

Does anybody have any experience using that. I believe it says for vinyl, and I have a small cut in one of my windows, Tinted vinyl. Worth a try maybe.

Sort of on the same topic...
I found a mouse nest in our garage last year, mostly made from dryer sheets...  Mythbusters anyone?
