I placed an order on Sunday for a socket jenie and received a confirmation e-mail.  But now I can't seem to get any update.  I have sent e-mails, made phone calls with no answer and left a message with no return.  Does anyone know how to contact Pop Up Times?

He may be on vacation!  I did the same, and it took a couple of days, when he was gone.  But, another time, he called me back quicker than I could get to the phone!  It is summertime.....

Just be patient, he is really good at responding!
