The Niagara is home, nestled in the backyard.

I'll post some pitures this weekend.  Right now, it looks just like the one that Peco has pictures of on their website.  (Except for the cats. :) And the a/c.)

As I originally posted, my initial impression was that the Niagara's a  big trailer.  It is.  I need mirror extensions.  I can't see over the top anymore.  (Let's see...they make backup cameras don't they...)

So it's camp Driveway for the weekend so that we can get it loaded and "Organized," run the furnace for awhile and prepare for Thanksgiving weekend at Killens Pond State Park.

Congratulations on the new camper!!!

C loop is almost sold out.  When do you want to make reservations?  Is there a site that you want?  Let me know and I will book mine.:)

Tracy,

Is C Loop the one with electric? I've never camped there so I could use your guidance as to a "good site" to reserve.

Yes, I saw them linked here... under $150 for a wireless camera that you connect to your trailer's 12V system, and a wireless LCD screen that sits on your dashboard.

I intend to buy one soon.  Santa? :)

Most of the loops have electric and water.  I didn't mark the "good" sites, but I know what sites most of our group was on.  C loop has the bathroom at the entrance of it, which is why most of us were in that loop this summer.  JAZ please send me an email so I have your address.:)

Wow.  Glad you looked at that.

I have reserved D6 for Friday and Saturday night.  (D Loop seems to have less water flowing through it when it rains than C Loop.)

All the loops that trailers can go in have electricity and water.  The walk in tent sites do not. Trapps is the same way.

I couldn't get the online service to work:compumad:  so I had to call.  Chip I am next to you on D5 for 3 nights (Thur to Sunday).  John D4 is open on the other side of me.  I don't know what the sites in D are like, but none of the sites that I saw looked too bad.:)

Cool--You'll be there to watch me back this beast in.  Should be interesting.  And maybe worth a chuckle or two.

We would come down on Thursday as well, but the younger son is doing Dinner at his house.  And Margie has to work. :(

Sorry Margie has to work, that sucks.  Until 5 years ago I worked most holidays, so I know how that goes.  We will go to my Mom's for dinner (40 miles the wrong way) and then leave for Delaware.  I don't know what time dinner will be or when I will get there.:)

Just for the record Jazman will be on D4 next to me.:)

I thought I was camping in an "undisclosed location" ;)

I'm still on the fence about winterizing... I'm going to drain the water heater after work tomorrow. I don't know if I'm going to pump in the pink stuff yet. I'd still like to have my bathroom working for Killen's Pond.

Looking forward to the trip!

I would open all of the faucets if you are not going to winterize.  Just remember to close them BEFORE you hook a hose to the side of the trailer.:D

Do you have a permanent bypass on you water heater? :frosty:  If so it doesn't take long to winterize the water system.  Even if you have to install a bypass hose it only takes a few minutes...unless you can't get your hands into the spot next to the fittings.:eyecrazy:

PS I will have my antifreeze pump along if you want to winterize more than one time this camping season.

Mine is winterized, but I have been "advised" that I need to get "the pink stuff" out before we go camping.

Tracy--I'll be interested to check out your pump, just to see how it works.

Looking forward to this trip.

I will be more than happy to help you re-winterize before the you go home on Sunday.:)
