Tracy, are you refering to the Valentine Special? I did.I guess we just
have to play it by ear, which weekend, depending on the weather, right?
Where do I find this $10.00 coupon, you mentioned?BTW,the images in the email you received from Pine Grove don't load up for me.I guess I must be doing something wrong.

Andy there is a coupon in an email that I received for one night free camping on a stay of 2 or more nights.  I can print and mail it to you if you like.  I plan on using a copy of the coupon for January and February's trips.  It is good until April sometime.  When I emailed the campground about the Valentines special, they told me that there isn't a campsite special this year (only the cabins), but that at check in, you get a coupon for $10 off in the restaurant.  They are having lobster tail, prime rib, etc. so I expect the price of dinner for Valentines day will be expensive.:)

I emailed JUST the coupon part of the email from Twin Grove Park/Pine Grove KOA.  If you want the coupon and didn't receive it let me know and I will send it to you. :)

I can call and let you know after we decide where and what we are doing.:)

Tracy, I emailed andym86, dademt, and jazman the one night free coupon.  Do we get any kinda discount for a group trip?

We do not have enough people for a group rate.  I doubt that they would give us a group rate and the one night free.:)

I just checked "the" report.  I will not say what report, but it is not looking too bad.  I think I am going to use the water and stuff and then re-winterize.  Do you guys think this is a bad idea?

I don't think it is a bad idea.  That way if there are any problems you can get it fixed before the Winter Madness trip in February.:)

OK guys, "the" report is changing almost every day.  I would hate to get the tenting wet.  Looks like Sat should be okay most of the day, then the "r" word arrives Sat night into Sunday.  Thinking of popping down Sat nite and heading home then before getting wet.  What do you all think?

Hi
Just checked it,too. They are talking about showers,Sat and Sun.That could mean nothing or "r" all day.I'll just keep checking. We could pick another date, too!?

No Paula is not going, do not camp in winter, I do not think I can even make a Saturday night dinner with you all. We worked last Saturday and have mandatory Saturday AND Presidents day work scheduled.  We have some big huge changes in the way we distribute welfare (actually trying to not to distribute welfare and make people work) that we have a week and a half to test.  Finding more and more problems everyday with the programming.  This testing should have been more like a month or more (considering there are 4 new people who have never done anything with TANF (what what to be welfare is now called). I get here at 7:00 AM and have been leaving at 5:30 to 6 with little time off for lunch and the only breaks are potty runs and coffee runs which calls for more potty runs...especially at my age).
3 3/4 years and I can retire from this...will still have to work, but with zero kids in college, the house and both campers paid off and all the vehicles (by then), I will have to work but just not as hard...seriously considering Federal park camp hosting...

I digress...Saturday and Monday are mandatory work days, maybe not full days but mandatory and our system has been running at 100% this week, our testing region is on the bottom of the CPU capacity chain, so we keep getting bumped out. The best time to test is after 4:30 PM, since I have "normal" work too, I still have to be here at 7:00 AM...maybe 7:30, no later than 8:00.  Tomorrow I have a mandatory training for the Medical reserve Corps of which I have been elected to be DSS's person in case of medical emergencies, since I have access into all systems and can actually approve people for DE MA IF they are technicaly and finacially eligible...that training is at night in Dover, so my work day will be 7:00 to 4:30 an hour's drive to dover with supper in there somewhere, training 6:00 to 8"00 PM and then the hours drive home...then Friday will be 7:00 to 5:30 when the system goes down..Saturday will be 8:00 to 4:30ish...Sunday we actually get off tht is because the technologies gods are doing some upgrades on Sunday and nothing will be available.
Monday 8:00 to 4:30ish...Tuesday we have to be done except for fixes that have to be retested. Wenesday I am off, in Philly at the plastic surgeons and Thurday I need off because I cannot put my glasses on due to the swelling...no glasses...no see...no work or drive. I have a basal cell carcinoma next to my nose that the dermatologist "took the roof off" of, the other week so I know there will be swelling, there was then and that was just 2 biopsys.

Sorry NOT this trip...Maybe dinner on the Feb trip...

Hey guys, I will let you make the call on this one as we will not be affected as much by that unmentionalble stuff.  Most likely we would still stay till Sunday and head home then.

I do have the big blue tarp if anyone wants to use it for cover, just in case that is.

Well....What do you guys think?  It still looks like a 30-40% chance throughout the whole weekend.

YES - I am!  I'm leaving tonight after work.  Not sure when I'll be heading back home though - playing by ear with the weather.  See you tomorrow!  Rick
