I have gone to Millers Landing in Seward this past summer, 4 or 5 times.  It was great, the link for the site is http://millerslandingak.com/campground.htm
The only bad part is going over the single lane bridge, but once you get across, the campground is more than worth the dirt road access, did I mention that the road is dirt from the waterfalls all the way to the end?  The campground is great, all the comforts of home, electric, water at the site. HOT showers and clean bathrooms.  We walked from popup to the beach and caught our limit of Silver Salmon.  The folks there are great.  I have their phone number on my cell phone and have only had one time that I called and asked for a spot for the weekend and it was full (Seward Silver Salmon Derby).  This campground is our primary campground for when we go to Seward.  I am retired Military and REFUSE to use the Military campground because of the smell of the fish cannery.  For those of you who have gone to Seward, and went to Carr's, then you know what I mean.  My secondary site is over at 4th of July creek.  there are no amenities here, and we have to use our generator., that's okay, the kids have a great time catching Humpies.  Also a little know secret, if you need to get a flat tire fixed in Seward, on the road to 4th of July creek, there is a garage on the right side of the road that fixes flats for 10 bucks., they fixed my tow vehicle as well as my spare of the popup.
