It stopped snowing a little after midnight.  The bunkends were easy to keep clear.  From the inside I would shake each side of the tenting to keep the snow load off.  I kept going outside with the broom and my 2 step stepladder, brushing the snow I could reach off of the roof.  I plugged a power cord into the box so that I could run a second heater, so  I am warm.  I am hoping the rest of the snow on the roof will melt off IF I keep the camper warm.  Thanks for thinking of me everyone.)

The sun is peaking out now.  It would be nice if all of the snow and ice would melt off of the PU today.:)

I posted a couple of pictures at my webshots site.:)

Tracy, I'm glad you are warm and safe!  I bet your PU is the first one on webshots to have ice on it!  You go girl!

We got about 20 inches of snow up here...  What're your plans as far as staying there?  Dad told me to tell you that if you get cold to bring a sleeping bag into the log cabin bathhouse and "move in" there.  lol  We are all thinking of you up here!

Thank you Beckie.  You could drive over and keep me company.  If you camped over night you too would be a CQ.:)

Tell your Dad that the bathroom floor is too hard.  I am going to stay until tomorrow.  I am hoping the roads are better then and that DS has the driveway at home open and ready for me to back in off of the main road.  The restaurant is supposed to be open tonight (they closed a 3 yesterday), so I may go there to eat.  I removed more snow from the roof and knocked a lot of the ice off the camper.  the one roof latch is really frozen, so i may have to dip it in a cup of hot water tomorrow.

I do want to thank everyone that has kept me company here at PUT and on AIM.:)

Hi Andy,
I added some more pictures that I took this evening to my webshots.  There are some other campers.  I think about 6.  I was going to eat at the restaurant yesterday, but they closed at 3 PM.  I mainly came with breakfast food thinking we would be eating out most meals.  I went to the restaurant tonight and had their broasted chicken.  It was pretty good and they have homemade mashed potatoes.  I am glad I have the internet so I can chat with friends here and on aim.  The tenting is mostly ice free at this point, but we have had a few flurries this evening.  I hope there isn't any accumulation.

I am honored by your name for me.:)

Tracy:  You are the best and truely nobody on Cotoc or PUT could ever knock you off that spot.  My mom started complaining about my father not being able to get home until I told her how you got stuck out there alone and she then started worrying about you instead.  Glad to hear things are going well.

Paula:  Like you, I am a hugh fan of Shady Maple.  I used to go when it was in the original resturant.  It is now a 3 generation favorite.  We would be glad to meet you if you have a particular time you would like to meet.  We might run out afterwards before heading back to the site.  Let me know what your plans are.
I lucked out yesterday with getting onto the bridge and getting across without to much hassle.  Yesterday near Glassboro on Rt 55 they had a multivehical accident with 15 patients, 3 fatalities last I heard.  I had heard they also had a bad one on 95 near you but didn't ever hear confirmation on that one.

Rick:  I wish we had the 20 inches here.  We ended up with about 3 or so inches of solid sleet.  I walked out this morning and couldn't even get it to break until the sun was on it for awhile.

It is spitt'n out here now.  I did not leave the area today.  Went to the Walmart (the new one near a place called Prices COrners and got my hair cut, a pedicure, AND nails and a feminine version of shaving (the face) ouch!!!.

Please be careful tomorrow as you drive home.

Scott I had to buy an ice chopper to dig out for the Valentines day storm.  We had a lot of ice in that one.  Snow is definitely better than ice!:)
