Quote from: AustinBostonSo, did you read it or did you figure it out?

Austin

Neither really.  I looked at it and "saw" unconstitutional then double checked that the letters matched.  So ~ I didn't sit there and try different letter combinations until I found one that worked, but I can't say I read a random group of letters either!

ScoobyDoo

When I read a thread like this I wish I had payed more atention the 9 years I was in school. I type the colubuis methed. I spell a word, if it doesn't look right, I try again then delete the most wrong. Most of what I know I have learned by living, a wrench or gearshift don't care if you know how to spell them.

I thought my parents had lost their minds when they were laughing and singing this song on the way home from vacation.  But they were having so much fun, and eventually I got the hang of what they were singing.

Does anyone else have any idea what song we're talking about, and what the words really mean?

You would be surprised what you can find on Wikipedia.  Here is their article on the song (with history):

Mairzy Doats

And for the record, if you know the whole song, it's actually explained in the lyrics.

My mom always sang that song, too.  (ok, she probably would still if I mentioned it to her.)  And, dang it - after reading this that silly song was in my head all morning!

I've always thought this one was hilarious.  Hopefully it doesn't offend anyone.

Capitalization is the difference between "I helped my uncle Jack off a horse" and "I helped my uncle jack off a horse".
