Missing posts????

Not that it's a big deal but I am wondering why posts keep disappearing on different threads. It almost seems like someone is going through the posts and deleting the ones that they don't like or disagree with.

I could see it if there were profanity or even bickering but the posts that I have noticed "gone missing" have none of that.

I'm just wondering if someone can tell me why that is happening.

I have not noticed that, but it sounds a bit odd.  I could see if the site had crashed and they restored yesterday's backup, but then *every* post in the interim would be missing, not just an odd post here or there.

I noticed lately that I have to do a refresh after the page loads to get the new posts to display.

I have replyed to the same post twice, they both disapered.
