LP= Liquid Petroleum Gas (Propane & Butane are the most common LPGs). That is a gas that is stored in a pressurized, liquid state and consumed in a gas state as it changes temperature when leaving it's storage container under a lower pressure.

Natural Gas is not LP or Propane, and it is normally only available to consumers via underground pipes.  I heat my house (and more) with natural gas.

LP is Liquified Petroleum Gas, usually a mix of Propane and Butane.  The exact mix varies with the climate of the place you bought it, and the availability of each.

In northern climates, the mix is more towards propane, as butane would not vaporize at our colder winter temperatures.  In warmer places, it usually has more butane in it, but I don't think it ever reaches 50% butane.  In significantly colder places, what you buy would be 100% propane.

During camping season, you will probably not notice a difference in behavior between propane and butane.

I'm sorry but I can't just stand by and watch this one go by.   In easy terms to understand.  In all my time RVing,  LP and Propane are considered the same. I've heard people call the bottles on the tongue of the trailer Propane tanks and LP tanks, even by dealers.  If you go to a place to fill those tanks and say, "I need to fill my LP tanks", or "I need to fill my propane tanks", you're gonna get the same stuff.  
 
Now, the answer to your second question in my opinion would be Burrito's.
