We will be camping at Carpinteria, (one of those 6-month in advance ReserveAmerica dealys).   We were planning on driving into Solvang on Saturday, perhaps I will drop off the check then!


We know for sure that we will not be there on Thursday on Labor Day weekend.

We drove through the entire RVPark after the Buelton movie theatre let out on Saturday night, (we saw the new Fantastic4 movie).  I drove up and down each row.  I even tried to spot the giant flagpole, or a seriously-roaring campfire, but they were nowhere to be seen!

I finally stopped a nice Flying Flags polo-shirt wearing employee driving a golf cart.  It turns out that they really are expecting SCCampers! ......This coming weekend. :rolleyes:

Well, now I gotta use a stamp!
