Looking for a small table top gas grill.  Had an old Charbroiler that worked okay but it's pretty old and rusty.  Like to get something with a good lid but small enough to fit in the storage area.  I have seen the weber Q but it looks big as well as expensive.  Leaning toward the weber tabletop which is pretty much what we had.  Any suggestions.

mkcom1,
I love my Coleman RoadTrip LXE Grill.  I like that it's on wheels and can be put up and down in a matter of seconds.  I also like the additional accessories avaiable which allow you to use it as a griddle and a stove-top burner.  I realize you are looking for a small table top grill like the Weber Q, but consider the LXE for the ease of portability.  Coleman also a table top version that's about 1/3 the price of the Weber. I've seen them at Wal-Mart for around $50. Check out the link below.

I have the coleman grill/stove combo and love it. I can cook beans or corn and grill the burgers and dogs on the same unit. It also havs an interchangable griddle for AM bacon and eggs :-() .

Weber also has the "Baby Q Grill" which is smaller but works great and is compact. But as with Weber, it is not cheap. Check out prices on the internet. I got one for $90 plus shipping.

Weber also makes the Go Anywhere Grill.  It takes up about half the storage space of the Baby Q, and it features the "Flavorizer System" style of cooking that made the Weber Gas Grills famous.

I'm on my second one.  Only because I left my first one on for over 14 hours, (accidently left it lit on high while connected to a full 20lb cylinder), and literally burned the porcelain off the fravorizer drip panel, and charred the wood handles.  :D  I had that first one for over 15 years.

I also highly recommend the Coleman Grill/Stove combo  .  I use mine at picnics or family gatherings when I don't bring along my popup and I don't have access to a stove and my Weber Go Anywhere, (and don't feel like lugging separate items).  It's a very handy and compact two-in-one unit.  Grilling without a lid was something I had to learn  But the results have been good!

We have the Coleman Roadtrip Sport, which doesn't have wheels, but instead, has four legs that screw in.  It cooks great, clean up isn't too bad, but, it's very heavy for a portable grill.  It came free with our camper.  Before, when we tent camped, we used a small 20 dollar grill, Sunbeam I think.  I've seen it sold under many different name brands.  It was a great little grill, and gave us well over 10 years of trouble free use.  We gave it to my sister in law, when we got the Roadtrip, and she is still using it.

I have the BabyQ.  It is a fantastic grill.  I highly recommend it.  Cooks great, easy on the propane, unbelievably simple to clean up.  Best $100 grill I could find.  I would definately buy it again.

Another vote for Baby Q.

Get the RVQ and mounts to hook it to the side of your PUP.  You can also get your gas lines routed underneath and hook right to it.  All the Fleetwoods come with this set up already.  I swear by the old RVQ.  Easy small and very efficient.

We also have the RoadTrip... As a grill I do not like it, but as a glorified stand alone stove I do. I found that used as a grill it heats uneven, grilled with it once and that was enough.

Nothing beats either cooking over the fire or a charcoal grill. For grilling we use a Weber 18" grill.

Thanks for the input.  Weber makes a great product and the Baby Q looks great I just need to find one cheap.

I vote for Weber products too, but hey I am a Weber! :U But seriously, I have 4 different Weber products, one is my kettle grill that I have had for 17 years, never covered, always outside and still going strong....

Many things you get what you pay for....

I really like this stove from Camp Chef:

I can connect it to a 20 lb propane bottle and it is very powerful.  Works great with regular skillets/pans/etc. and has lots of room on top.  I have the grill box (covered box does fit on grill.  site is confusing about that) that fits on top and I have a griddle I bought to use on top.  I use it on the wire rack side of my Coleman camp table instead of installing the legs on the grill.

Camp Chef also sells lots of quality accessories.

I've had a $20.00 Sunbeam Grill, a Campchef stove with grill box, a Thermos Grill to Go, and have been using a Coleman Roadtrip for the last 4 or 5 years. All of them worked well, except the Thermos Grill to go, but the Coleman Roadtrip is my favorite. I have 2 grills, 2 gridd;es, and 2 stove grates for it so I can do all the combos.

I take it with us on every camping trip. I take it when traveling and have used it to fix a perfect Black Pepper Crusted Filet Mignon with Goat Cheese and Roasted Red Pepper & Ancho Salsa (Thank you Bobby Flay!) when entertaining.

The only drawbacks to it are size & weight, and clean up. The drip pan is designed to hold water and be dumped when cooking is finished, but this is VERY messy. Like many others, I've started lining the drip pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
