We have been there (Highmeadows Campground) twice.  Very nice campground, staff is knowledgeable and friendly.  Free shuttle to Hershey attractions is included in price.  Adjacent train tracks is an issue.  Sites away from the tracks are adviseable.  Don't rent one of the sites next to the tracks, try to get away a little bit.  Trains bothered me more than DW, but we both slept at night.
