Have a small bit of news that some of you may want to ignore, so this is the perfect thread for it, but I got a call last week from a guy on my popup, that I have listed in the classifieds and they came to look it over last saturday, and called again on monday and made me an offer, which we accepted and he has just driven away with our beloved popup!
The good news is it is going to a good home. Rob and his wife have two daughters, (4 and 2 years old),so they will get plenty of use with it. He has a buddy that owns a 4 year old Bayside, so was familar with the colemans, and appears so happy with our popup that they are going camping this weekend!
Hopefully he will visit us here at popuptimes, and might even go camping with us. They would fit right in with our group.

Congratulations Kevin!   :)   What are you going to do with all of the extra room at your house now that the PU is gone?
Rob & his family bought themselves a well-maintained PU that's for sure.
Even has a lot of mod's. done to it already.

As long as he drinks good beer he can join us.

Another family introduced to the fun of camping in a pop-up. Well done, Kevin!

On Tomales Bay, there's also a very nice place to kayak there.  The known kayakers in the group are:

Ab Diver
SammySlave
Nick (whenever he doesn't fall out of the boat)
Surfcal (but not attending due to work)

It's a great Saturday activity to do out there.  Thought I'd pass that along.

(Uh oh, I posted in the wrong thread.  Sorry.)

Hey, you forgot Otter/Lon, dude. There's proof--- I got pics! ;)

And don't worry, we'll ignore the mistake.

I just have to ask Kevin, Ray, & a few occasional others -

Whenever I log on to PUT you are logged in.
Do you sit and wait for the next NNC post?
Are you following other PUT threads?
What am I missing?!!
I want to know what all of the interest is about!!

I happen to have computers everywhere.  There's one at work that's on T-1 that's on all the time as a server for my Blackberry.  I have that on all the time.

Then I have a DSL computer at home, and that is also on all the time and on PUT.

And lastly, I also have a wireless (HotSpot) laptop that I bring along with me and I stop by all Starbucks, Borders and airports just to check PUT.

I will log on, read a bit, and then get distracted,
you know,
chasing a kid away,
changing a diaper,
and I might leave the window open, logged on to PUT.

Having a cable modem is great, and with a router, having multiple home computers connected to the net is sweet..
Totally....

Red neff Barchetta

Ahaaaa.
Now I see.
