Fish pockets

Y'all ever had fish pockets?  Take fresh cleaned fish, (panfish, perch) place on a piece of foil large enough to wrap the fish in.  Spoon come canned whole kernel corn, some diced potatoes, diced onions and some green beans onto the fish. Season to taste and wrap and seal the foil.  Place under hot coals or embers or even works on a gas grille. Cook until done..(15-20 mins).  Open the foil like an enevelope and use a fork to eat.  Meat just flakes off, bones are readily visible. Wad the foil up and toss.
