the rope course sound fun, but i'm soooo out of shape.

what kind of physical demands/requirements are there?....i don't want to embarrass myself if i do this ....or maybe that's the point
i don't want the group to miss out cuz there's not enuf  people

Trust me Karen, I'm no cover model for "Shape" magazine, and I'm not worried about being able do it.  I would say that the physical demands are a little bit more than minimal but not as much as moderate. You're hooked up to safety straps and climb up a short climbing wall, then you get to walk along ropes and catwalks and end the fun by going down a zip line. It's going to be totally cool!!!

The "rock wall" at the beginning is the hardest and it doesn't really look that hard.. if all else fails and I can't make it everyone will have to grab the rope and PULL! and hoist me up :p

Ya Mon,
We are back from Jamaica...and boy do we have stories, and pictures too boot!!  So when I said we would be in charge of the rope bridges, I was a bit concerned about me having "guts" to do it...well, you just have to check out the pictures and see...if we can zip line over the Jamaican Jungle over 200 feet in the air...I can lead anyone on this adventure....so everyone, please take a moment and realize how simple, fun and what a great experience this is going to be and sign up adults and children!!!

The same stuff that was put in Brad's hand when we were shopping in Montego Bay in the Ghetto area, while I was having my hair braided...we did the right " thing and said "NO", we knew we wanted to get home...by the way, the course in Anaheim is NOTHING...compared to what we did, don't be a wuss Dave, sign up, make your son proud!!!
