Well, in the interest of keeping everyone guessing, we have decided to grace you all with our presence at this little rally.  We secured Site 17 this morning. So Dee, the Cactus Cooler inventory just went up.

By the way, I called the CG and they told me that they have a potable water station, so we can fill our water tanks once we arrive.  I know a couple of you raised that question.  And I know that I don't want to lug 106 gallons of water all the way there.  We will be coming in from the 15, going across the 18 past Silverlake, I don't know what those roads are like so if anyone has gone that way before let me know.

My Friend has 2 acres I was thinking maybe I should drop the trailer off at their house instead of taking it all the way home

it's only 90 miles from Lancaster to the CG so I'd say in the neighbohood of 30?

I've gone that way on numerous occasions. The road is good. It twists & turns a bit but it's 2 lanes, each direction, over half of the way up. Take your time and enjoy the scenery.  :sombraro:
