Looking for 04 Hemlock or 05 Niagara

I posted this in the classifieds but thought I would pass it on her also. I am looking to upgrade my current pup and would like to get a highside with a cassete toilet.
 
I have looked at a few used trailers but the ones I have seen have not been maintained to well. I dont think I could "trade up" to a newer camper that is not in as good shape as the one we have. We always pop-up on returning from a trip and clean up. Our Sante Fe still looks new compared to some of the ones I have looked at.  
 
Anyway, if any one is planning on  getting rid of thier well maintained rig (is the darkside calling you?) let me know.
