Kim, please don't think that the group doesn't like or appreciate your designs. My guess is that people were drawn to the cat design because it was reminiscent of the graphic designs we've had for the holloween shirts in the past.
 
As to your PU design, the PU shirt you designed and were wearing at FF was totally cool! I agree with Roberta (popupmomma) that denim shirts would be cool. So would aprons. I have an apron embroidered with the So Cal dutch oven group logo that I enjoy wearing while DO cooking.

I totally love our shirts and think your designs are great and A appreciate how long they take to do...I was just looking at the holloween shirts from the second rally and they were simular to your design more graffics than the group picked this time.  I would love to see denim shirts with embroderd design maybe with our names, and Scampers on them...so we could wear them more often.  like at every campout.

I personally wouldn't buy a jacket..I very rarely wear one. If i'm wearing a jacket it's REALLY cold. when I was in Ohio last March I didn't bring a jacket but ended up getting a windbreaker at Wal-mart when it started snowing

WE could do denium shirts or we could do sweatshirts with zipper (hoodies) or we could also do windbreakers..but I like the shirts or hoodies best.  That is if we can find someone who could embroider for us?

I wouldn't mind having a denim shirt; I think they would get used in the evening.  

I think Lands End products are nice and good quality but they are also expensive.

Probably wouldn't wear the denim shirt but would use a zippered sweatshirt. Maybe we could have the option of one or the other?
