Speaking of T-Shirts

I just double checked with the web-site and they only offer the regular sweatshirt or the pullover w/hoodie, no zipper.  They do have many other options so maybe one of them might work out for you.

Viking - I'll keep an eye out for a tube top in your size and as a gift from me to you, I'll embroider the design myself.
 
We are leaving for Yosemite tomorrow AM for a week so when we get back, I'll contact Sam's Club and get more specs.   If everyone is interested in me doing this with my PUP design I can get it started and hopefully have them for everyone for the Santa Paula Rally.   The design would consist of SCCampers on top of the PUP without your names.

I talked to Sam's Club today and they told me that they could use my PUP design and that I could send them a copy from my embroidery software but it would need to be in JPEG format. I'll ask DH tonight if he can scan the design and save it in JPEG format, if not, is there anyone who can do it for me?
 
As for the shirts being embroidered, we need at least 6 shirts in a single style, any size to be done. We can have long sleeve denim button down shirts, short sleeve  t-shirts or sweat shirts embroidered.
 
There will be a shipping charge on top of the shirt price but I won't know what that will be until I'm ready to process the order. Once I know what you guys want, I can place a (pretend order) and get the shipping charge then.

I know I would want a denim button-down for myself.  I have to ask Bran what he would want.  Not a white shirt for him!  I have to ask if he would want a denim shirt or sweatshirt.  I will let you know...and sizes.

I only picked white because we already have so many choices and wanted to uncomplicate things. We can actually have them printed on any color shirt but it has to be agreed upon by the majority.

Here are color choices that would work with the design:
 
Youth T's
White, Lt Blue, Deep Royal, Deep Navy, Lt Steel
 
Men's T's
Lt Steel, White, Lt Blue, Deep Navy, Charchoal Heather
 
Women's T's
Deep Navy, White
 
Sweat Shirts
Deep Navy, Deep Red, Deep Royal, Denim Blue, White
 
I just spoke with Sam's Club and they can embroider in any color as long as 6 shirts of the same style are ordered.  I would like to simplify this as much as possible to make it easier for me.
