For those of you that struggle getting your PU in the garage, just picked up a pair of these to move the PU around in the garage - what a difference!  No more back and forth and busting my back to get the thing in there "just right"..... $139 at harbor freight tools if interested....

Those are very cool!  I like that you don't have to jack the vehicle up to put them under.

yep, you just put them around the wheel, and when you pump the foot lever the ends move together and lift the camper's wheel off of the ground just enough to move it around.  I think that this with a hitch dolly would make moving the camper a total breeze!  The hitch dolly may be my next purchase....$62.99

I've got a hitch dolly and I think it was a lot cheaper than that.  You might try looking around more.  My brother gave it to me so I don't know where it's from.  It's definately a cheap POS, but it works just fine.

Cool thanks!

Yup - I got my hitch dolly At Farm & Fleet for $39 on sale.  Since I park my camper on the grass,  it works really well with those big tires!

I picked up that exact one at Harbor Freight the other day for $42... I saw the sign for $62.99, and said forget it and walked away. the guy who had helped me find it said to wait a minute so he could check because he thought it was on sale. Sure enough, $42.99 for it.. I still may return it, I thought about it more, and I dont know when I'll ever use it.. (I used it to bring the camper down into the driveway from the back yard, but wont be able to get it back up there with it!)
 good luck!

This is how I move mine around the yard and park it in tight spaces. I wish I had a garage to park it in.

Even with all of this stuff to make it "easier" the thing still weighs almost 3k lbs.  I'd like the golf cart!

I'd also prefer a yard big enough to park it in over the garage - so you envy me, I envy you!

Man, I just got a pair of these things. Without them I could never have gotten my 19ft Jayco PUP in the garage.
With these under the tires you can place the trailer tight in a corner with a gentle push. Awesome!

Make sure all parts of your body are clear of the camper when you lower.  I got a nasty scratch on my arm when I was back in the corner against the wall when I turned the valve to lower the wheel - the thingiemabob that holds the slideout in place scratched the bajeeeses outta me   :yikes:

I don't have a garage and can't get the PU in the yard (fence) so it sits in the driveway.  I did buy a cheap hitch dolly and the second time I used it the one wheel broke.  It did make it easier to move in the driveway.

Ouch!...the neat thing about these units is I can easily slide the PUP to the center of the garage when I want to remove them...lots of space on all sides to escape!

What is the name of this neat little gadget?  I'm shopping for some new toys.

Harbor Freight has the 2 piece hydraulic wheel dollies on sale for $129.00 (regularly $149.99) from now until Oct. 15th.  This is just what I have been waiting for....a sale on them.   (see naganthunter's first post on page 1 of this thread)
