Impressive photos, as always!!!

Russinator

Thanks Austinado16. I'm glad you [and others] are enjoying them.

Here's another from those nasty fires.

Kool pics. Too bad the fires were so devastating. :yikes:

I read two accounts of the homes lost. One said 811 and the other 843. Either way, it was way too many [one would be too many].

By the way, I didn't take these photos. I retired 11 years ago so I wasn't out there fighting them this time. Someone I used to work with was and he send the pictures to me in an email.

Here's a photo of the guys covered in the material the planes drop. Back when I was working it was known as PhosCheck.

One thing I've noticed over the years is that the respect firefighters get has increased 10 fold since 9-11.

Here's another photo from those nasty fires that we had in SoCal.

And this is the last photo I have from those fires.

I hope you all enjoyed viewing them.

This was our TV. We sold it along with our PUP. I'm sad about having done that.

There's one just like that here in town now.  He's got all the bells and whistles mounted to the exterior.  Man it's huge!  I think I could drive my Suburban up inside it.

Very impressive to see in person!

Russinator

Austinado16, you are right they are very large, plus, they use a lot of gas in  getting from one place to another. As you can see from the picture below, they are almost as tall as the PUP when it's fully extended.

I took this photo last spring in Yosemite.

I added the frame with Photoshop.

I took a few pictures in the Big Sur area of California.

This one is a sunset - nothing special.
