Hello, I have a 74 Apache Royal popup.  Its a classic solid state unit.

Are there any spaces left?  I am now booking my spring vacations and this sounds like a great place.

Anyway, YES, we have spaces left....so, you are in!  Can't wait to meet you!

I am still waiting for the contract--then I will have the exact prices....I will let you all know once that gets settled.

Yes, there are sites!  I am just starting to wrap it all up at the end of the month....and start collecting money in Feb.  I added you to the list!

Okay - checked our calendar.  Matt has a band tourney every weekend in March except for this weekend.  PLUS, I have parent conferences beginning that Monday.  We may do a drive up and visit, but with three other weekends traveling with the band, we (mostly I) will need this weekend to regroup and prep for parents.  Sorry to bow out - mental health requires it!  :eyecrazy:

We'll miss you!  And, yes, I have parent conferences starting that Monday, too!!  I already contacted the union with a complaint.....not matching Easter with Spring Break is one thing...but then throwing conferences at us the day after Easter?  They are ruining Easter for teachers!!!

Okay.  I have to get the first night's deposit to Newport by the third week in February.  So, I figure I should post now the final cost and to let you know you can start sending me money.    

Each night is $36.30 (that includes tax already).  For the extra site...I am adding $10 total (for three nights) to each campsite. So, what I need from each camper is a check for $46.30...which is the first night and the total contribution for the extra site for potlucks and campfire.  Please pm me for my address.  I need the checks by Feb. 15th, please.  

Now, regarding the $10....that is what I added last year...and I came out short and had to cover.  So, with a few more people showing interest, I am asking for the same amount so I do not end up short again (as some people's plans change and such).  Once everything is settled, if I have extra $$, then I will ask you what you want me to do...give you some $$ back, use it for firewood, whatever.

Now, remember, those of you who are planning on coming in earlier than Friday, or planning on staying Sunday night or later....you need to call Newport Dunes directly and make your reservation (949-729-3863).  You just need to tell them you are with Sccampers...the price will still be $36.30/night.  We do not have site numbers yet....they don't give those to me until after I send the deposit and such.
