Questions for nascar camping

My questions for nascar camping are:  At Phoenix, I know there is a reserved area for self contained rv's only, also unreserved camping in the parking lot which is 50bucks, and I saw in the spring there was alot of people camping all around the track in the hills outside the parking lots and they said it was at no charge.  I am wondering if we can still do that.  You know with the popup, you dont have anywhere for the dishwater to go so I dont want to be stacked on top of other campers.
