The bed bows should be the same.  If they are different shapes that is probably your problem.  Post pictures if you can, if not you might want a dealer to look at it for you.:)

Sewserious is right - ANY material can stretch if enough weight is on it. and Water is HEAVY.  plus, if it sits on there and then gets warm in the sun, that can stretch it, too.

Also, While I haven't seen this happen on Pop-Up tents, I HAVE seen this happen on regular tents - because they are mass -produced, occasionally someone doesn't sew them correctly, and one piece ends up too short or long, and then they don't fit to the pole systems right.  combine this with long-term use and water - you could have a mistake in the way the tenting was sewn , compounded by stretch & wear.

I have seen people make up additional supports - like your shepherds hook - for older campers - but I'd check the roofline, bed supports, shepherds pole shape, and all the other stuff  first.  If the canvas IS stretched out so that the shape of the bunkend is permanently deformed, or if it was sewn wrong - you could get a canvas shop to take up the slack and fix it for you -probably locally.  Look up a boat dealer and they can refer you to a canvas cover maker.
