yep she did...I'm leaving DNA Dan at home.. There is one thing I saw last year I wish I had bought so I hope it's there again this year..

We were discussing the new Bass Pro shop last weekend at Dogwood..I got a mean nasty "don't you even think about going there" look from Dan....My sister says that she's never seen a woman get so exited to receive tools and camping gear as gifts...Hey... You have to have the right tool to do the job right..

We stopped at the Bass Pro shop on our way home last Sunday...It is pretty cool just to see all the stuffed animals.  Some taxidermist made a forturne with this place.  And to see an live fish stream that goes up two stories..They have every kind of sports equipment..boats and guns and fishing rods..I was a little disappointed in the camping section I didn't see anything new or different and not as good at camping world. Ended up not buying anything..Dave was happy.  the resturant had a two and half hour wait so we didn't eat there but it looked interesting..  Its a fun place and you could spend hours trying to see it all..We spent 2 hours and we walked fast.

We're probably going but not sure of the date yet.  
 
The kids absolutely LOVED the Bass Pro Shop.  They had a ball playing in the boats and getting lost in the crowd.  I was well stressed when we left.   I too as disapointed that the camping section wasn't more elaborate.

Jim and I will be going.......Have been counting the days on this one...Not long now and it'll be 2009 and new trailer and rig will be in our future.......This waiting is a real drag but the dreaming is lots of fun......See ya there.... :-()

I notice that we are planning on getting together around noon time. I was thinking that maybe we could all meet somewhere for lunch and then go to the RV show from there. I took a look at the area and found the following restaurant nearby that should be able to get us in and out quickly.
