After visiting several websites for pop-up canvas replacement i've discovered two main sources, Bear Creek Canvas in Wisconsin and Canvas Replacement, which seems to be an umbrella of several independent shops.

Any opinions on Bear Creek or the several shops doing  business for Canvas Replacement?
