What do you like to drink when you are NOT driving?

We'll keep the answers private.

I voted for wine, which I drink most often. Usually a good German Reisling.  I also drink mixed drinks often - margaritas, rum and coke, crown and ginger

I don't mind sharing that info

Vodka is actually the best.  it doesn't hang on your breath like Beer does.

Yes....BUT....the presentation of beer can sometimes be much more intoxicating :sombraro:

We enjoy wine most often, but nothing beats an ice cold  beer while setting up camp after a long drive.  :D  We enjoy our "Setup Beer".

I voted for beer, which I drink most often. Usually Pacifico, a Mexican beer.

I also drink mixed drinks [not very often]. But, when I do I have a Long Island Ice Tea or a Cadillac [IMHO, the best Margarita].

The wife drinks Pacifico and wine. Once in a while she'll have a mixed drink.

haroldPE

all of the above.

drank German whites in college, before I discovered real wine - the fine reds.  silver oak, camus, etc.

beer for camping trips, no cans.  usually new castle.  blue moon makes a kick a** seasonal spring ale.  as does grolsch in an amber (not the usual lager) - haven't tried the blonde yet.

of course, throw in a harp, beck's, st.paulie....

the rest of the time: irish whiskey, scotch, XO or better cognac... and throw in some gin here and there

totally agree- nothing beats a beer after setup.

The wife and I both like Bud Light.  Especially after a long drive to get to our site, nothing tastes better than that first ice cold beer.  We like to keep it simple when camping.  At home margaritas would be our second choice.

I agree with everyone about the 'setup' beer - it's like the official start of vacation & always tastes extra good!  Beck's and Victory Hop Wallop are my favorites, but ANY kind will do!  A close second to beer is ice-cold seltzer (I like raspberry or lemon-lime) with a bit of vodka in it.

Beer here for sure...I was going to mark "under age and don't want may cover blown" but they don't know about this forum :p

Then there is what Lisa said :sombraro:

HomeBrewTim

I voted for beer. Home brewed of course!  :D
