2008 Eastern Pop Up Rally

Not sure just yet. We will be camping the previous week in NH.
 
Will have to see what transpires but we will make it if possible.

On the bright side of us being where we were, some people got plenty of exercise when they came to visit us.  Talk about being in the boonies.

We thought you had a nice spot, out of the way, not too much traffic.  We saw everything that went through the park.  We didn't mind the walk at all, the rewards at the end of the trail were wonderful!

I agree, the walk was nice.  Ok Gene you need to camp at the other end of the campground next year.

Glad everyone enjoyed the walk and got a reward if they wished.  Maybe I still have some of that stuff left.

Hopefully, next year, I will have a site that is big enough for me to put the trailer on by myself instead of hiring the job out.  That was an experience and a half and thank goodness for 18 wheel drivers that will take a brand new rig and park it for you.  

Terry still doesn't believe I threw the keys to our new truck with the new trailer attached to a complete stranger that said he could park it for me.  Well worth the brew I gave him.

Just a quick update.  I spent Saturday and a tank of gas, checking out five campgrounds and one on Sunday.  The one I looked at on Sunday was ok, but no cable or internet.  I will be doing at least one more campground look and see.

Sorry you'll miss the rally but HAPPY to hear the reason why. Have a great time in Germany and come back with stories for when we're sitting around the campfire. I'm taking Courtney to Ireland during her spring break (March) to celebrate her 21st bday. After Italy and Courtney' nearly missing her flight in Germany, I decided we better stick to countries where we speak the language.

One of these years you might just find a family of 5 stowed away in your suitcases for a trip to Germany.  It honestly is one of the only overseas countries I have ever wanted to visit ( blame my mom for coming over from there ).
