We recently returned from this campground. It has an upper and a lower loop. The lower loop is on the lake and the upper loop is 30 yards or so off of the shore up on a slight hill. We stayed on the upper loop because we prefer a more secluded site due to us having a mastiff that camps with us. We love being able to walk down to the lake and fish untill our hearts are content. There arent any hook ups on the upper loop but there are 2 water spigots, one of which can accept a threaded hose. There arent many sites on this loop and it seems that most people dont camp during the week. The area is pretty clean and quiet most of the time untill the off-roaders are returning back to their sites for the nite. The people themselves arent noisy just their off road vehicles, no biggie. There is an extensive hiking network here along with quite a few horse camps as well as trails. Hope you guys can check it out sometime.
