Hey Good buddy
You can do the job yourself, all you got to do is unscrew the interior register, take it off plus knobs and unscrew 4 bolts inside of the ac all the way out and presto you can lift the ac unit out(I have a Coleman mini mach) very lite.  I also had a dealer do it too, and it still leaks...those leaks are hard to stop...good luck.  Next time I pull it off, I am going to put electrical putty all ovet the hole and press the unit onto that....gasket is too shallow I think.

No, NO, NO! Do not use any caulk/putty/sealant with the AC gasket. It is designed to be used as is and according to tech and the AC builders any attempt to "help seal" will cause more problems that it fixes.
In all cases where there has been a leaking seal it has been caused buy one of two problems. Overcrushing of the gasket; According to the instructions there is a certain percentage of original height you need to compress the gasket to to seal properly. Tighten too much and the seal will fail. The second cause is the four tenstion bolts have loosened up, and if they are loose you tighten them until a slight resistance is felt. Again overtightening them is not a good thing and will cause the seal to fail.
As for replacing the gasket it's a two man job mainly because it's hard to position a 100 pound unit and expecially if the roof is aluminum which damages fairly easily.

If the PUP is under warranty (you said first time out), it should be covered and the dealership can make the repairs.

Listen to Mike.  The bolts are probably too tight or too loose.:)
