Planned on going camping this weekend? It only rains on the weekend when a SCCamper is camping...so fess up...who brought the rain ;)

Not us! We went out last weekend! Brian, Ashlee and I along with some others went on a 16 mile ride one way to Jawbone Store where they had a band playing. It was soo dusty because we were following the others who knew the way. When we got there and took off our helmets our whole face was covered with dirt. I should of taken a picture- It was funny! We haven't even cleaned the trailer out yet. Tomorrow we're heading down to Bert's mega mall and the Bass Pro Shop to finish up some Xmas shopping so I guess we get to it when we get to it. :sombraro: We are planning on doing some more desert camping with friends in January. Anyone care to join us?  Come on Lisa!!!

LOL...you are funny!!  Okay...you just talked about dust...faces being covered in dirt.  YUCK!!!  I broke out in hives just reading your post!  

BUT, I actually now have a really good reason for not coming out in the dirt.  The youngest DD is severely allergic to dust (we just found out last week...finally got in to see a specialist...and her asthma is worse than we thought).   Her little body produces histamines 24/7, as there is dust everywhere!!!  She is now on three new meds (one for asthma, 2 for allergies).  

We're not camping again until Feb.

Oooohh!  You're going to be right down the street (literally) from me at Bert's!  If you need suggestions for good places to eat (if you're here at lunchtime), let me know!

I told Paul yesterday, I wonder who in our group is camping, because it's raining, so some SCCamper has to be camping! Great minds think alike!!!
