Brian,

Congratulations on making it to "grandpa-land". I am really happy for you. I'm actually looking forward to that stage in my life...many...many years from now, and I am older than you, "44".

One has to wonder now...who is the new "Fishsquad Prez"? It has to be someone who won't be going to bed at 8:00....ha ha.

Paybacks..? You will probably forget by tomorrow...ha ha

On a side note, Have a great Christmas and many blessings for you and your family.."extented family".

Jamesdad

Quote from: TheVikingI'm sure if he did have relations with a girl he would come straight home and tell you. As a teenage boy I would always tell my mom that stuff........LMAO
Trina, he's a teen boy, as long as there are teen girls, if he does'nt have a girlfriend, you can bet the farm he's lookin!
What are you trying to say, that David doesn't share things with me?  Yeah, I know.  I'm not that naive. And believe me,  he makes comments all the time, so I know he appreciates the female form.  But he decided early this school year that he had no time for a girlfriend with water polo and school work, so he let go of a girl he had the warmies for.

I have a friend who's been through all kinds of drama with her son and his girlfriends, so I'm just thankful I'm not having to deal with that.

Now we're trying to convince David to get a JOB.   He somehow got the impression that if he works part time and goes to school full time, he'll have no time to hang with his friend and go to the gym.  He's under the impression I'm going to pay for his gas and insurance until he's out of college.  Hmmm, strange kid.  He needs to find a girlfriend so he'll have incentive to work, because there's no way I am giving him date money.

Brian....this was on MSN today...and, given your current grandpa condition...I wanted to make sure you saw this tip in the article "Regular Walking Protects the Aging Brain":

"Our findings show moderate physical activity, such as walking, and all physical activities combined lowered the risk of vascular dementia in the elderly ," study author Dr. Giovanni Ravaglia, of the University Hospital S. Orsola Malpighi in Bologna, said in a prepared statement.

So, get your walking shoes on, Gramps!

Lisa,  my brain is in fine shape, dementia of any kind that I may experience is brought on by myself through Beer & Vodka, and I welcome it.  It helps me deal with people such as yourself.:)   Also, as you know, as long as they have Golf Carts & Dirt Bikes, the chances are slim to none that I will walk. Finally, how much stock can you put in a study that came out of a
University in Bologna. :-()
