It's possible we won't be able to make this one.  DW's parents are not in great shape (94 and 90), in separate care areas in the same facility.  DW doesn't want to leave them for any appreciable amount of time.  We've been out several times for a few days at a time, but that's been about it.  

I haven't called the campground to see about availability.  I would imagine they're sold out at this point, so I've kind of given up on any chance in the first place.  Maybe DD and I could come down on a day basis.  It's probably about a 3 hour drive from here.

Dave, Sorry to hear you may not be able to make it. Don't give up hope on availabilty yet, you know how cancellations are in the motel business.
Stop by if possible. Maybe stay a night or two.

Sorry to hear you can't make it. I was looking forward to seeing you and Ken. We're still waiting to confirm if Kels can miss her HS sports practices/games (bball and soccer) that week but I'm hopeful. She actually wants to come camping.

I hope Ken starts feeling better.  I know you are taking good care of him.

If you all don't mind, maybe I will come up on a weekend-day and spend a day with you all. Well a few hours anyway given drive times. Let me know when is good and I'll check with my other half to see if he has plans (yeah right) or wants to come too.
