I am in SoCal, any ideas where I can get a battery cover for my starcraft?  My cracked where the bolts attach it to the frame.  I Duct taped it (the magic fix) for now, but would like to get a replacement.

I check El Toro rv (traveland) website but didn't see it?  Do they carry these in the store?  Or am I gonna end up calling starcraft?

Thanks

Calling Starcraft parts is where I would start, if for no more than finding out if they have such an item in stock, and if so what the part # and price would be.

I'm not sure how "Custom" your battery box is but they sell battery boxes at Walmart for about $10 (be sure to measure the old one). Most auto parts stores carry them as well. RV strores may be douple to triple the price for the same box.

How did I know that you owuld be one of the first to reply!  ha ha

Its not a box but rather a cover that just covers the top of the battery.I might be able to just repair the one I have?  hard to know

I bought my battery box at Auto Zone. I think it was around $12. They had differet sizes which was good because the first one I brought home didn't fit and I had to go back and get a smaller one.
