Catskills Camping

Hello all,  We are interested in camping in the catskills this summer and were wondering where would be good to go,  we are looking for hiking trails,  fishing,  and maybe a little bike riding.  I can remember going camping with my aunt and uncle to peaceful valley campground as a little kid.  I had fun then,  but then again I was like 5.  Is this a nice place to go?   thanks
