They have allowed me to HOLD sites 106-108 & 115-118 until Friday morning 10am. At which time they will release them for general first come reservations

If there is interest I can reserve the Gazebo at the swim club we belong to (up to 25 people) for one day maybe both.

Looks like fun.  We might join you.  Are the sites that you have reserved Really that close to the freeway?  Or is the map off?

yes.. it is but there is a HUGE sound wall so you really don't even notice it.

you have kids ...you should be able to tune it out :p

just remember after 10 am tomorrow they will be releasing these for general reservations.

they only note I have to make is 106 is next to the pumping station and periodically it makes a clunk sound. noises don't bother me that much, I tend to tune them out and when I sleep..I pretty much die!! you probably could hitch up my trailer and tow it away with me sleeping in it  :yikes: :J

wavery

We would jump on it but we plan to go to Bridgeport that weekend to visit their "WORLD FAMOUS" bakery :-()

It is close to the freeway and although there is the big sound wall, there is still some traffic noise. It doesn't bother me; in fact, I don't even really hear it--like background white noise. Hope you'll join us!  (You could always pretend it's waves crashing....;) )

come on dieter...I'll take the freeway over whining anyday...if you look at any of the other rallies that we have had there. I do not believe that anyone that was there complained about the noise, just the heat...

seriously the sound wall is about 3-4 stories tall, that's were the tool rd comes into the 91 west
