Repair small holes in canvas??

I have noticed a couple of small pin holes in the canvas above one of the beds but have not had any leakage with heavy rains yet. Is there anything I should do to them or just leave them alone untill they start to leak?

You can put a tiny bit of clear silicone in the hole. Try using a tooth-pick.
