radio installation

Hey all,  The woman purchased one of those slim under the cupboard radio/ cd players for the new PUP,  I would like to install it on the roof above the sink area but am afraid to drill any holes in the roof to install anchors for fear of drilling through the roof.  I would like to make it so I can take it down also when needed.  I stopped at the palomino dealer yesterday and asked them,  but they really didn't help me,  just showed me a piece of laminate to show how thick it was,  he said that there are supports in the roof but didn't know where they were.  Any suggestions?  Its not ver heavy,  but I don't want it falling off in the middle of the night.  I have an 07 palomino pony 280,   thanks all!

If you take a look at my mods page below. You will see how to attach thing to your roof and also how I installed my CD/radio in our PU. You will also notice if you do a search here on radio's that most everyone installs a car CD/radio unit since they work off DC power (battery). I believe "the woman" purchased a radio unit that is used in a home kitchen, so it probably needs AC power to work, which means you can only use it if you have full hook-ups.
