I'm a guy who believes "minimum design = maximum efficiency." I also think that the simpler you make things the easier camping will be. I just posted more of my el cheapo-simple mods on my webshots page. Nothing high tech, just easy and cheap. Oh, and for you quilting fans out there, see the pictures of the quilt my wife made for my bunk.

Enjoy!

Thanks for sharing... got some ideas :).  I like the hanging baskets and the shelf over the kitchen.  Ours has an accessory shelf over the kitchen and that is really helpful, but I am wondering if I could use the same racks as you for paper plates and paper towel.  Also, what did you use to attach the clothesline to the camper?

Really liked those quilts!  Looks like "somebody" put in a lot of time with those! Been looking for something "fishy" for bunk end quilts for my Starcraft.

There were two mods I've made that proved to be very convenient and practical ~ (1) Tearing out the standard ice box and converting that area into a storage cabinet. (2) Installing an outside access door for the rear (road side, storage compartment. Not only helps getting to certain items carried in that compartment, but also the place where the 30' camper power cord is located, which helps to recoil the cord without having to run in and out of the camper. One of these days I'll take some pixs and post same.

For almost all thye hanging stuff (pockets and clothesline) I used existing screws. The clothesline is attached to the srews holding the curtain track for the side windows.
Since I took those pictures, I have added another shelf for plates and a paper towel holder. I'm working on the Pup today and will post updated shelf pictures empty so you can see the set up. It's so easy it's sinful.

Having camera difficulties at present time, will send some on later when problem resolved. Meantime, here's an older pix that I made while waiting for the L/P dealer to open after lunch time (mountains of North Carolina) to pick-up filled tank. Note the access door being on the road side rather than the factory or dealer installed door being on the curb side. That was deliberate, like already posted, so that I could tend to the camper 30' electrical cord.
