Relaminate roof?

The roof on our 96 Coleman Key West is slowly getting worse. The ABS is seriously starting to peel away in several spots. Eternabond tape is one solution, but it looks like heck. I found a mixture of MEK and APS chips which seems to provide good sealant over the test cracks I used it on. I was researching sources of more ABS, when it dawned on me -- could I peel away the top layer of the roof and put down a new layer of ABS? Not the MEK mixture, but sheets of ABS itself?

Thoughts? Insight? Criticisms? Encouragement? Offers to have me committed?

Hmmmm......I have never been "dawned" on before.  :D   LOl   I think it would be better to apply a rubber roof coating on it if can be applied. I used the white Henry roof coating on my Jayco and it turned out great and looks nice too. Not too savey on the ABS roofs.
