Hello everyone I am new to the board and I am looking for answers to a few questions. Sorry that they will make me look so green...but I am.

I have a 2001 Viking Saga 2107 Camper.

Question 1.
I was camping at a friends house on Mt. Hood this weekend and I had the chance to tap into a power source hoping to recharge the battery. However the Todd Engineering power converter light did not come on, and no power was being supplied to the camper. The line was live, the outlets were all dead, and the battery did not charge while towing. Has the power converter finally died? Is there a fix, or should I remove the unit and buy a replacement? If replacement which is the best option, which one fits, and where do I get it?

Question 2.
How the heck do you get water to come out of the faucet? I see that it is some kind of pump mechanism? I am not so sure I want to spend the day pumping water out of the huge holding tank. Am I missing a switch to turn on water pump pressure or just the knowledge on how to use this thing right?

Question 3.
Since this is a new camper to me what should I check on the lift system to make sure its going to last. Lubrication points, wear and tear on cables areas, that kind of thing.

Thanks in advance everyone and I look forward to learning a ton about my camper!

Regards,
