I have reserved 20 sites for the Easter Rally. We are down for Section 1200...which is closest to the pool and activities.  This rally is full of Easter fun for all....crafts, games, basket and egg decorating, egg hunt, bike parades, etc.

The cost is somewhere around $38/night, plus we will be adding like maybe $10 to the total cost to pay for an extra site (for potlucks and campfire). I won't be asking for money until February, so I will the exact cost then.

You will have to call Newport Dunes yourself to reserve extra nights. They normally allow the group rate for 2 days before the rally, and 2 days after. Just call 800-765-7661, tell them you are with Sccampers.

yes they are VERY limited or you can park in the Marina lot. I think they charge some crazy amount of $8 or $10 per day for an extra vehicle

Yes, the official rally nights are Fri and Sat.

Okay, All.  I am now needing to collect the money for the Easter Rally.  It is $36.30 per night...for two nights (remember you need to call for any nights before or after the official rally)...plus $10 for the Sccamper extra site.  So, that means I need $82.60 from all of you.  

Please check Dee's contact list for my address...or you can pm me for my address.  I need all checks by Thursday, March 5th...so I can get the remainder of the deposit to Newport Dunes in time.  

And please let us know what days you are staying!!

not a problem, but what a dork I am..I paid for nites at prez weekend, booked kara's Bday party weekend and I forgot to ADD THURS & SUN!!!!  :banghead:
